Conditions of participation:

By participating, each participant accepts these conditions of participation.

The particular raffle as part of the Advent calendar starts from the time of publication on Facebook and ends on the following day at 12 noon. It is organised by FRS Elbfähre Glückstadt Wischhafen GmbH, FRS Helgoline GmbH & Co. KG, FRS Syltfähre GmbH & Co. KG or FRS Travel GmbH.

Various prizes will be raffled (to be taken from the particular raffle) and not every day or behind every door something will be raffled*. The raffle items include non-cash items and vouchers. There will also be a grand prize. The prize is not transferable and, in the case of vouchers, is subject to the regular limitation period of three years from the end of the year in which the prize was distributed by the organiser.

The raffles are in no way connected with Facebook. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook and are solely run by FRS Elbfähre Glückstadt Wischhafen GmbH, FRS Helgoline GmbH & Co. KG, FRS Syltfähre GmbH & Co. KG and FRS Travel GmbH.

Any natural person in their own name with a minimum age of 18 years is eligible to participate. Participants who have already reached the age of sixteen but are not yet of age may only take part in the raffle with the consent of their legal guardians.

Employees of the raffle organiser and their direct family members are excluded from participating in the raffle.

A subscription to the Facebook channels FRS Elbfähre, FRS Helgoline, FRS Syltfähre, FRS Travel is a prerequisite for participation in the competition. The posts must be marked with "like" and commented on. Each person may only comment once on the entry and will not be considered in the competition if they do not do so.

The winner will be selected by random draw.

The winner will be contacted promptly by private message on the following day after the end of the respective competition. The winner must respond within 24 hours. If a winner does not respond, the prize drawn will be awarded to another person in accordance with the same principle.

The organiser does not record or store the Facebook names of participants. The winner's address details will be collected for the purpose of delivering the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without notice for cause.

German law shall apply.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw.

The organiser is responsible under data protection law for the processing of personal data for the purpose of organising the raffle. By participating in the raffle, you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO for your specified data to be processed for the purpose of organising the raffle and sending the prize.
