Current information

Due to the significant recent increase in fuel costs, we are unfortunately forced to temporarily impose a fuel surcharge.

This is necessary in order to be able to cover the currently increased costs and to continue to be able to operate our ships reliably over the river Elbe for you in such challenging times.

We are constantly monitoring the dynamic development of fuel costs and will review the surcharge on a monthly basis.

We very much hope that the situation will normalise in the near future so that the originally planned fare can be valid again as soon as possible and thank you for your understanding.
